Paulo Teles
Paulo Cesar Teles – media artist, professor and researcher. Professor at the Department of Multimedia, Film and Communication of the Institute of Arts (IA) of the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP. PhD in Communication and Semiotics with Post-Doctorate research at the University of Sao Paulo, University of Leeds and University of Saint Joseph at Macau. With over thirty years dedicated to artistic production, research and teaching his works and productions in the fields of Communication and Technological Art – produced, exhibited and presented in over 20 countries – his artistic works seek to converge technology, new sensibilities and critical thinking through by interactive-corporal processes in emerging media,
relational and multi-sensorial artistic expressiveness, and transdisciplinarity literacies through Art. Since 2018 he is leading the ARTME / CNPq research group which converges innovative art, tech convergence, multicultural interaction, education through art.
